Dear Amazon folks,

I too was curious about this product, not necessarily to lose weight but to help curb my appetite! I am a body builder and am currently in my "cutting" phase and it is so hard to continue a restricted diet day after day after day while still training in other areas.

Also, I have a history of migraines so when I read that some people had experienced very bad headaches, I thought, " Oh Lord, here we go. Of ALL the things that could happen, it WOULD have to be headaches. " But honestly, my hunger pangs were starting to sabotage my discipline and I got to the point where I was ready to try anything to help me TO NOT FEEL HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!!!

So I bought some. I have been on them now for a few days and so far they have really knocked out my hunger. I mean it. I never thought I would be able to write that but there it is.

LOCCA, here is what I have done. Instead of taking the whole pill at once, I gently untwist the caplet with the longer half on the bottom so that the powder does not spill out and get wasted. Then I tap a tiny bit onto my tongue and wash it down with whatever I am drinking at the time, usually a protein shake. A couple hours later I do it again and then a couple hours later I take the rest. I have avoided the dreaded headache by doing that and believe me when I tell you that I am a MIGRAINE sufferer, not just a headache sufferer. As for the other side effects, I have not experienced any jittery feeling, nor have I had a difficult time going to sleep. MInd you, I go in to work at 4am or 5am so my first does is 6am or 7, then 8am or 9, and again at 10am or 11, depending on what time I go in to work. Now you already have the product so you might give that a try.

I cannot believe how it has quashed my hunger. I still eat of course, as I am not trying to lose lots of weight, but I am not thinking about food all the time, and fighting to NOT dip into the oatmeal raisin cookies!!!! Get me?

Got my pills but hesitant
Hi everyone,

So after searching thru amazon, and finding a lot of good reviews about this product, I have risked my 40bucks and ordered these pills. Now I am alittle bit concerned about the box. There is no contact iinformation or whatsover and that these pills where in fact from China. I have taken pills before when I used to live in Asia and majority of them came from China and I have seen a lot of heart problems that arise after taking these kind of pills. It never happend to me before, well what I experienced is just minor jitter and minor insomnia. The last pill I took was the Xantrex or Zantrex3 I stopped taking them right on day 2.

After receiving this HerbaBeauty pills, I started to have doubts. And even thought about if the reviews that have 5stars are actually true. It is hard to trust. Just by reading about the possible side affects gives me jitters.

So I dont know. From the moment I received this product and the lack of more information about the manufacturer is giving me a second thought.

Worked well but acknowledge the side effects!
This pills definitely worked well for me, no need to wait for 30 days, only 10 days I have managed to lose 6lbs. The common side effects (minor) were same as other reviewers here: dry mouth, a little sleeping problem and fast beating heart beat. But for me, additional side effects are lower blood pressure, which is very bad because I had very low blood pressure already so it made me almost fainted few times when I drank green tea extract as well. My blood pressure was 90/60.

Another side effect: skin rash. I felt itchy mostly at night and around the neck area. Didnt know at first that the itchiness came from these pills, but when I stopped the pills, the itchiness was gone and it came back as soon as I began taking them again.

So overall, for short term, definitely it's a quick and easy way to lose weight and I will take it from time to time when my weight starting to worries me. But now that I am well aware of the side effects for me, I wont take the pills for long term and hoping I wont be addicted to them.

Amazing pill
I have tried several diet pills, and like a previous post, only the ones with ephedra worked. I have only taken these pills for about 3 days, haven't stepped on the scale yet, just waiting to hit one week mark. I have tons of energy, I drink a lot of water, i eat, but i get full fast. There have been times I forget to eat, but the directions say you must eat at least twice a day, so I try to eat something, even something small. I love how the energy of the pills last all day, no crash feeling. I do feel a bit jittery, but I am okay with it. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to loose weight and gain energy. There are so many pills out there, so it's hard to choose one that will give you energy, suppress appetite and make you feel full. I have paid more for other pills that didn't not work as well, so this is a bargain for me!

I BEEN ON THE PILLS FOR TWO WEEKS AND I STARTED AT 189LBS AND NOW IM DOWN TO A 174LBS SO I LOST 15LBS SO FAR. SO IM GOING TO ORDER A SECOND ROUND AS SOON AS MY FIRST ONE IS OVER. I FEEL GREAT NO SIDE EFFECTS SO ITS THE BEST I TRIED SO FAR!!!!
