I started taking Relacore because most of my weight gain was in my belly. After taking the product for a week I was starting to get discouraged but I did notice I was feeling calmer. By the end of the second week my husband had noticed that my stomach was going away. After 4 weeks I had lost almost 4 inches on my waist and 6 pounds! It is now 2 months and I have gone from a size 10 to a size 6.
I would never have believed this if it did not happen to me. While on vacation with my best friend she asked what I was doing and I told her. She bought a bottle to try. She kept saying it wasn't working but after 2 weeks she had lost 3 pounds and 2 inches on her waist.

| I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed that my tummy has gone down even if the scale doesn't agree. The best part about this product is that it is lowering my stress and I am actually sleeping well. I haven't slept this well in years - seriously. I can't believe it. It is wonderful. |

| I love this product, as soon as I got it in the mail I took them I also conbined it with another dieting pill which worked just great, just in time to lose those pounds for this special occasion! I lost the weight I needed with not much exercise but a strict diet, no cheese, no bread, etc. alot alot of water I was very pleased and the results were fast for me, from 150 to 130 in less than 1month. I agree with the first poster. As long as I'm on this product, I'm don't feel like I'm losing my mind on the least little thing. I have two little boys who demand all of my attention (as they should), and I recognize when I don't buy this for a month, I can't handle the screaming and yelling sometimes. I feel like going in my room and throwing the blankets over my head for ten minutes.
But, when I'm on the product, I deal with the problem and move on without a thought. I notice when I'm calm, they're calm.
Basically, I love this stuff. It might work for losing weight, although I have found a $7 bottle of Acai does better for that. But, the combination of the two makes me feel like the...Queen of the World. |

The only way you can manage obesity is throught Proper Diet and lots of exercise. The human body is designed for work so we should always get some form of physical exercise to stay fit.

Obesity and diabetes is a growing problems nowadays. It is caused by todays lifestyle which does not involve lots amount of exercise. Most people are just happy sitting in their office chair and they do not even want to sweat.
