| I follow a carb-cycling diet. Some days I have carbs and some I don't and I take this to help me on the days I am allowed 2 or 3 servings of carbs. I don't think this product is a license to eat whatever you want but all things in moderation, you know. I always keep a bottle on hand. Over the holidays, I was terrible and I took them everyday. For me, they do what they claim. I never gain on carb days. |

| I receieved this item very fast. It works good, but didn't see results like i was hoping. I did lose five pounds. I'm sure it can't work miracles, but we can always dream!!! |

They seem to block the healthy carbs, but not the ultraprocessed stuff so its not like you can scarf down all the carbs you've dreamt of.
Also, whenever I eat peanuts after taking this, it totally rips my innards up....I dont know if thats bad or good... |
