| I just bought this stuff yesterday and tried it today. I am always scared to take things like this because I am so sensitive to getting jitters and rapid heart beat. I didn't experience that at all but my mood was great and I had tons of energy. I am usually tired all day everyday. I took 1 pill an hour before lunch (so about 11 for me) and have not had the need to take another one because I don't have desire for food at all. How great that it is so cheap too. I have way better things to do with my time then to write a long review on something but I always research things so I am sure that other women do the same and so I hope this has been helpful to you. I am going to continue to try to only take the one pill because I am afraid that 2 will keep me up at night. For the low price tag, it is definitely worth a try. |

| Ok, I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. A pill that could curb your appetite, improve your metabolism, and curve cravings>? Don't think so right??? Wrong, the first day I received the pills I took one about thirty minutes before dinner. By the time dinner came i had no interest in eating the two bowls of food I would usually eat. Instead, I was shocked when I found myself full and completely satisfied at half a bowl. This is a great thing and believe me, 2 pills a day 30 minutes before you eat will work miracles, no joke. With daily exercise such as TAE BO, you can lose pounds like crazy. I live in Phoenix, Az and I hardly go outside to have a jog in 115 degree heat ( do you blame me>?) but with an hour of exercise a day- I lost 8 pounds and 5 inches in THE FIRST WEEK about 7 days. Buy it. |

| I've taken this product faithfully for 2 months...around 10am and 3pm daily. I've also been working out for at least 45 minutes 5-6 days a week...a mix of cardio and strength training. So far, I've lost 18 lbs (2 lbs lost a week). I'm not as hungry and I don't crave "sweets" as much. I have more energy but I really can't tell if my metabolism is increased or not. If nothing else, this product DEFINITELY helps to curb my appetite which is half the battle for me. You WILL get faster results if you're working out too. I am NOT skipping meals...just eating smaller portions. Hope this helps. |

I've tried a bunch of different appetite control products. Dexatrim and all those things. I didn't think this one would be very good, because it was the cheapest thing on the shelf. But I have to say, out of all the stuff I've tried, this probably worked the best.
Its not to say that Its perfect, because I still get hungry, but not nearly as much as with the other types of products. All in all I'm happy with it, and I'll keep buying it. Can't beat the price, either. |

| this item is great i lost about 1-2 pounds the two days. It acctually didn't curve my appitite i still ate the same, but my metabolism was at a higher rate and burned all the fat i consumed.i would say for this low price this product is awsome ! |
