| I followed the directions perfectly and I still had cravings to eat and did not loose a pound, I spent a lot on this and it did now help at all. |

| These pills do not work. I tried these pills for the course of the two bottles. After a week I began to realize that the pills were not even disolving and passed through whole. They don't dissolve fast enough to possibly get the medicine/supplement into your system. Instructions say to drink a lot of water with the pill and the water is the only thing keeping you from over eating cause your stomach is full of water. This product is a waste of time and money. I wasn't looking for a miracle. I did hope that it would be helpful to boost my fat loss. |
