I tried Lipo 6 in desperation to lose weight. I am a fairly fit gal who eats pretty healthy, but I have a huge appetite. I've gained 20lb in the past few years that need to go, but restricting calories has been really hard (duh). I eat out of boredom... or stress... or any given emotion. Anyway, I've been using Lipo 6 for 3-4 weeks. I'm not really sure about its thermogenic abilities, whatever that means. I seriously doubt taking it alone without diet or exercise will do anything, BUT the energy boost + appetite suppression is just what I needed. I've been losing 1-2lb/week while using it, not because it's a miracle drug, but because it helps me keep my diet in check. With Lipo 6, I think I'm more aware of my body's actual hunger as opposed to my norm of emotional eating.
Also, I'm super sensitive to caffeine - I don't even drink coffee because it makes me jittery, but Lipo 6 doesn't bother me. I definitely take it with a meal just to make sure I don't get jittery though. I'd definitely recommend for anyone like me who has trouble restricting calories. Having said that, I am talking about a healthy caloric restriction (1300-1700cals/day for weight loss).
I think I will probably buy another bottle when this one runs out. After taking it for a while, I feel like my body has gotten accustomed to a lower calorie range, but just to be sure + help prevent any binge sessions, I will stay on it till I reach my weight loss goal.

Product was good after a week. I saw a difference in the. Mirror had dropped one pant size with 45 minutes of working out, could have dropped more if I actually did cardio along with workout. Good, but just controls hunger.
This is a really great product, but with my experience it was mainly do to the intake of food. I lost about 6 pounds in two weeks this product. I exercised regularly and with this product, barely ate a thing and felt fine. Only drawback was the diarrhea. Some days when I came off of it and ate too much, you get the idea. Other than that I would recommend this product. I never had the sweaty palms, heart troubles, or vision troubles a lot of people had. It may just be in the person. I was never in bad shape to begin with, I just wanted to shed more fat, so if you're already in horrible shape with extreme weight problems, don't go near this product. It is no miracle pill, hard work and dieting are still the key.

I love Lipo 6. I am not a very big lady but i love to eat. When i eat so much it goes to my midsection. I don't take it like it is suppose be taken but it works within 1 week of taken them. Believe me "IT WORKS!!!"
Glorified caffeine pill
Lipo 6, like a lot of other weight loss products out there is just a glorified caffeine pill. I felt the product working, but it is very similar to a caffeine rush and I found no "magical" results in the other things in the pill.
Don't waste your money on Lipo6 and just buy caffeine anhydrous in pills for MUCH cheaper.
Each bottle contains 120 liquid capsules all you have to do is take in 2 liquid capsules before breakfast and another 2 in the afternoon.
