I usually take one pill per day, before exercising, and it really boosts my stamina. It gives me a lot of energy right away, and since I only take one pill, I have no trouble sleeping (even when I take Lipo6 at night).
In rare occasions (day-long hikes or bike rides) I had two caplets on the same day, and the result was great too.
This product makes me sweat a lot, because of the metabolism acceleration, so I constantly drink water to compensate.
I believe it's best to try one capsule a day at first, and see how your body responds, and then increase if necessary. For me, one capsule is good enough. |

This pill is just incredible! I have never had so much energy in my entire life! I have read all the negative reviews and I must disagree with a majority of them. I have taken these pills for 4 weeks and the only side effect I have come across is the extra hunger (this works great since I eat small portioned meals anyway).
I have never experienced such a rapid loss in inches on my body since I have been taking these. I am about 1/2 the size I was in inches. I have lost 10 lbs and I have not exercised very much.
These pills are not for everyone, I do not recommend them to people who have never used weight loss pills before or have any major health conditions. Certainly the best I have ever used in my whole life (I have used so many different kinds I have lost count)and I will certainly be purchasing more of these in the future.***** 5 Stars all the way! ***** |

I love to eat good. No, let me re-phrase that, I love to eat great food. Unfortunately, some of the best things are calorie-laden items that require a very active metabolism to prevent fat storage.
This product is very good at assisting with increasing the metabolism, helps to minimize cravings, and definately helps me turn up the heat in my workouts. My family has fatty genetics. Lipo-6 helps to beat the belly bulge. Recommend cycling this product and avoid drinking coffee when you are taking it. The extreme version is also very good - as it releases more slowly over a 4 hour period. |

| Well a fell days i bought lipo6, i'm using since that.. i can notice, without any exercise some fat loss... i tought it should be more but it's ok .. i'm going to start my routines next week so i expect a lot of fat disapearing!!! i think its not miraculous but it do what it says.. BUT IT ALWAYS GIVES YOU SOME HEADACHE |
