I have used this product 3 times in the past 4 years for at least a month a time. Each time it has worked great. This time I have been on it for 8 days and have already lost 5 lbs. You do have to tighten up your diet and exercise regularly. I'm not on fad diet, just cutting back the amount I eat and passing on junk food, though I do have 2 or 3 splurge meals a week. Exercise is mostly kettlebells with some barbell work mixed in everyday for 15-20 minutes.
Personally, I stay at the 1 capsule 2x/day instead on increasing to 2 capsules 2x/day after the 1st week. I found that 2 capsules at once gets me wired to the point where it is uncomfortable. |

These aren't some miracle pills that will help you lose fat just by taking them alone. However, if your diet and exercise plans are solid these speed up the process a bit, as well as energize you throughout the day.
The directions say to take two at a time, but one has been just fine for me. I take one before breakfast, and then another in the afternoon when I start to come off the first. |

| Just like what it claims to do, Hot-Rox really helps in fat loss. It rocks! Altough not on a consistent basis, I have seen its effect on me. I have lost almost 5kg since I started taking Hot-Rox again from beginning of this year. This is of coursed combined with exercise and healthy diet. I would certainly recommend Hot-Rox to folks who are seriously looking at fat loss. |

| Hot Rox Extreme is a great product that gives awesome energy for a fantastic workout. Honestly, I don't believe it has much effect on fat-loss, as that primarily comes from diet. BUT, when surviving on diet calories and working out to the max, it does give a great boost to zapped energy levels. I did suffer for about a week from nasty withdrawal effects, but I think it was basically from the caffeine withdrawal. I do recommend it. |
