Good Product
I think FucoThin has been an effective part of my effort to lose a few pounds. I was on a synthetic fat burner for a month and just was not happy with the results and didn't want to keep putting chemicals in my body. So, I switched to FucoThin. It's no miracle worker, but I do think it has helped flatten out my abdominal section when added to my healthier eating and consistent exercise.

A Boost to Your Weight Loss!
I've been working really hard for a few months now - exercising, eating better, not eating after 8pm, taking supplements, etc. I added this supplement to my routine 2 months ago, and I do feel like it has boosted my weight loss.
I first saw this product at my local health food store when an employee I trust suggested it to me.
No, it won't work miracles. But if you are losing weight correctly and at a healthy rate, this will help increase that rate. I was losing about 2 pounds a week, and after I started taking this (3 pills 3 times a day) I'm losing around 3 pounds per week. It's staying off, and I'm not doing the yo-yo thing. It's nice to wear pants I couldn't fit into last year!
Overall, I think it's worth a go, if you're into healthy weight loss. Just take it faithfully, and be patient with yourself. And good luck!
P.s. I highly recommend weight watchers online to help you adopt some healthier choices!

Not a "must have"
I was so eager to use this product and (hopefully) see some results, however, that has not been the case. I have been taking the recommended dosage of this product for close to three months now and have seen little-to-no results. I have also been watching what I eat and working out at the gym for two hours, six days a week. Also, this product is a little over-priced considering that you only get 90 tablets. If I felt like this product was increasing my metabolic rate and helping me lose some weight, then I would be more than happy to shell out the /mo., but for me, it's just not worth it.

Works, but be aware...
Be aware that if you stop taking this supplement you may see an almost instant weight gain.
I have been on Fucothin for 1 year. I have been watching my diet(mainly eating healthier foods and monitoring portions) and have been exercising moderately (mainly walking). It has helped me lose 20 lbs in that year period, and get past a weight loss slump that first had me looking at Fucothin for weight loss help. However, last month I ran out of my supply, and I neglected to order more - I wanted to see what my weight would be like without taking the supplement. In a 3 week period I have gained 10 lbs!!!! Why is that???
I do feel more "bloated" than I did on the supplement.
I have decided that I am no longer going to rely on this product for my weight loss. Although, I am depressed about the addition of the 10 lbs - and hopefully it will stop at just the 10lbs. I do not want to rely on taking Fucothin for the rest of my life just because I am afraid of the weight gain from going off of it. Yes, it works, but at what price?

???
Been using this for about a month. Haven't noticed any results yet. Will update if it changes.
