Great for energy, Bad for appetite suppression

| I've been using Dexatrim Max Daytime Appetite Control for a month now - just one pill a day. It gives you lots of energy (contains more caffiene than I'm used to in a day), but I have not noticed any appetite suppression at all. In fact, I'm hungrier during the day when I take a pill than when I wasn't taking this. I have been exercising more, but not enough to burn the extra calories that I eat. I'm going to finish the bottle and see... |
Well my wallet is lighter

I'm not overweight but put on a few pounds over the holidays that I'm trying to lose and they have been stubborn.
I did lose about a pound over the course of the week, but I'm not sure I can credit this product. The stuff definitely gives you a caffeine jolt and there's clearly tons of vitamins as it turns - sorry to be gross - one's a urine a bright shade of some color. I like the pep in some ways as it sparks up my metabolism, however the side effects I don't think outweigh the benefits. Specifically I get jittery, headaches, dry mouth, some kind of vitamin aftertaste in my mouth, and some trouble sleeping.
I suspect I'd get a similar boost from doubling my coffee intake and could save myself the side effects. Here's hoping for a lighter body, not a lighter wallet. |
