| I started to feel great from the begining and in the first week people started to say that I was looking good. I went from a size 18/20 to 14/16 in 1 1/2 weeks without exercising. I FEEL GREAT! Still have more to loose but I Know I will!! |

| I have only been using it for 3 days and taking 2 pills per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I already have seen results. I tried Relacore for 2 months and had no results. There is no comparison. This stuff is awesome!!! |

| It sounds like if you can stomach it, it works well. I did not have stomach problems, but in general I have a strong constitution. I do not take a second dose ever because it will keep me up all night. Many days I only take one in the morning as well, just to not overload my system. It does blunt my appetite, which is a good thing for me. I wouldn't call it nausea, but I just don't feel like food would be good for several hours after I take it. I only used it for about 2 months and lost 10 lbs, did not use the whole bottle. I stopped after I stopped working out hard because I don't believe a pill alone is going to keep me fit. No immediate regain of the weight, and it was certainly all fat. I am starting again and ordering a 2nd bottle for the next 10 lbs. I think it's a great value if it works for you and inexpensive enough to try it out. |

| I started taking this product when I was in very good shape to supplement my workouts. Since then I had a kid...and now that I am a little out of shape from the pregnancy, I started taking it again with my workouts and it works great. It is true though about having to keep taking it. Otherwise, it doesn't work well. But if you follow the directions and can handle a little caffeine rush, definitely try. This is much better than Hydroxycut that I took for a couple years...Now that supplement will make you feel sick. |

Fahrenheit - The Metabolism Breakthrough for Women, 72 caps., (Biotest)
I don't use Fahrenheit for weight loss, I use it to boost the affect of my lifting workouts. I achieve greater muscle tone when I take it on a regular bases. I've worked out with it and without it and I really do notice a difference! |
