| Since I been taking this I haven't had any cravings for snacks, so It has help me in losing weight. It is the highest potency out there and is very affordable. I believe this would be a great diet aid along with exercise to lost weight. |

| I was skeptical about this product at first, but I watched a program on TV and decided to try it. I found this site with great prices, and ordered a three month supply. It arrived quickly and I started the next morning. It started working immediately! I took one at breakfast time, and didn't feel hungry all day. I ate less and didn't feel empty. I highly recommend this product. |

| This works for me. What else can I say. I have only been using it for about 45 days but am already losing weight. My sister uses it too but doesnt have quite the same disipline with meal portions that I do. |
